Exercise doesn't
have to be a chore.
Without exercise, your dieting won't do you much good. Let's face it, those
calories you take in are either going to turn into added inches, or they're going to be
burned up by exercising.
Think about what you liked to do as a child such as jumping rope, bicycling, or
swimming. Walking is an activity that often appeals to many people.
Here's a thought, buy a puppy. Then you'll have to walk a little each day, and
you'll love doing it.
If that dosen't work, think about it, and come up with a program you'll have fun with,
not one you'll make excuses for missing.
